Thank you so much for extending Zerona therapy to me after Smart Lipo. I know it’s because you want to give me the best possible result. The staff at Dermique have helped you make me feel cared for – always professional but with warmth. This is something I look for as a nurse.
Lisa stayed at my head during the Lipo procedure and was a perfect patient advocate. I was reluctant to say I was uncomfortable a few times and she intervened on my behalf. Laurie was my first contact at the info session and while there were many people to be seen, never rushed me. I can see Dr. and Stan have a smooth working relationship. This adds immensely to patient comfort.
All staff are helpful and patient – lots of eye contact when speaking to me. This does not happen at all professional offices. Cortnee meets and greets and schedules – excellent first office contact person. Kelly and Elizabeth gave me pre-procedure info and time for all my concerns to be addressed. Zerona technicians Serena, Joy + Tracy treated me with tenderness especially as I was sore the first few times. Obviously these qualities are in the staff to begin with, but Suzanne and Dr. S set a fine example.
